Plastic cutter for cutting holes in insulation panels of polystyrene (EPS, XPS). It helps to control the depth of the cut by built-in restrictive periphery. The side teeth "bite" to 22 mm depth and the central to 20 mm. The central leading pin reaches up to 42 mm depth of the containment periphery.
