First introduced by OLFA in 1979, rotary cutters transformed quilting, crafting and sewing. Perfect for cutting fabric, paper, vinyl, upholstery and more, the rolling razor blades slashed the time it took to cut fabrics into shapes, stripes and pieces for a multitude of craft projects. The dynamic motion of the cutters allows the hand to easily push or pull the blades through materials, thereby reducing the hand fatigue usually associated with conventional scissors. And rotary cutters can even cut through upwards of 6 layers of fabric.
Squeeze trigger handle, curved to help lessen hand fatigue and
stress on repetitive cutting jobs. Anti-slip rubber grip inset to
help minimize hand slippage during cutting. Self-retracting,
industrial strength tungsten tool steel blade with a dual-action
safety lock for safety. Includes RB45 blade. Also fits
decorative edge 45 mm blades for decorative or uneven edging
and finishing.
