Product Information

Cutters and blades OLFAFirst introduced by OLFA in 1979, rotary cutters transformed quilting, crafting and sewing. Perfect for cutting fabric, paper, vinyl, upholstery and more, the rolling razor blades slashed the time it took to cut fabrics into shapes, stripes and pieces for a multitude of craft projects. The dynamic motion of the cutters allows the hand to easily push or pull the blades through materials, thereby reducing the hand fatigue usually associated with conventional scissors. And rotary cutters can even cut through upwards of 6 layers of fabric.

Olfa RTY-2/G features a durable handle made of ABS thermoplastic polymer with a blade cover for safety. The blade is made of high quality tungsten carbide tool steel for unparalleled sharpness and superior edge retention. Designed for both right- and left-handed use. Includes RB45 blade.
